Collage

Collage gives me the scope and freedom to bring together imagery I find intriguing. I have no specific theme or outcome consciously in mind, they often emerge as Cathartic Conduits. These works revel in feminine aesthetics with an air of subversion, speaking to themes and iconography I am most drawn to: kitsch and camp, sapphic and saintly, mythological and folkloric, with a touch of occult and the macabre. I am particularly interested in the varying meanings that can be drawn out of artworks through different interpretations.
