The National Galleries of Scotland is an outstanding international art gallery and houses the world’s most comprehensive collection of Scottish art.
The Galleries are home to one of the best collections of fine art in the world dating from the early Renaissance to the present-day including works by key artists in history, as well as portraits of great Scots and iconic works such as The Monarch of the Glen and Reverend Robert Walker (1755 - 1808) Skating on Duddingston Loch.
