About this artwork
This six-part work in the ongoing series ‘The Play Grounds’ shows an ‘environmental spectrum’ of golf courses, from traditional ‘links’ courses, in a degree of harmony with their coastal settings (numbers 1–3), to modern ‘parkland’ courses (numbers 4–6) which have often brought greater environmental change, both topographical and ecological.
