Ruskin on Turner

In 1853 John Ruskin delivered a lecture in Edinburgh on the life, achievements and death of JMW Turner.

Recreated by actor and art historian, Paul O’Keeffe, this section of the lecture highlights Ruskin’s dismay at the lack of appreciation of Turner’s work during the artist’s lifetime.
