Where do ideas come from? We believe that good art comes from having ideas and time to play with them. Our visual artists will help you to look closely at artworks, to source and play with ideas that you can develop back in class. You won’t make finished pieces, but you’ll generate lots of ideas to take away.

Every workshop will be different, shaped by you, led by a contemporary artist, using a variety of processes and materials to examine how artists make art in order to demystify the creative process.

Limited dates available - book now for March 2019 at the Portrait Gallery, or May 2019 at the Modern.
