Stylish fine bone pink and blue fine bone china plate produced in collaboration with Louise Bourgeois's studio, The Easton Foundation and Third Drawer Down.
This is one of a set of four fine bone china plates which have been created in collaboration. The imagery on each plate is from Louise's fabric book, Ode À La Bièvre, 2004 featuring collages made from fragments of her old clothing and household items.
Louise Bourgeois was a French-born American artist who gained recognition late in her long career. Throughout her life, she created many psychologically charged abstract sculptures, drawings and prints. She lived until the age of 98.
Plate is sold individually and comes gift boxed, with a postcard included.
