Small illustrated book with artwork and poetry titled 'Private Views' written by Lindsay Errington.
Private Views is an open dialogue between poems and works of art from the National Galleries of Scotland Collection where Errington, who curated the Scottish Collection of the Scottish National Gallery for twenty years (1972-1992), reflects her personal ‘imaginary’ relationship with the artists, characters and objects in the paintings.
The poems are her answer, a set of very private views of eight works she knows intimately.
