Acrylic and pastel pencils on canvas

Inspired by the Scottish landscape and the painting Monarch of the Glen by Sir Edwin Landseer, Kacey combines acrylic paints with pastels to represent the regal stag in his kingdom. The artist represents a perfect and serene moment, capturing the beauty of nature, as the stag stands proudly with quiet strength and confidence. The title, Everything the Light Touches, is a reference to the film The Lion King (1994) and also our personal legacies.
