Polymer clay gold plated chain and hooks

My creations are designed to provoke joy. Whether bespoke or novelty pieces, the objective of my handmade items is to bring a smile to someone's face. This work is inspired by The Snail, a collage by Matisse. My love of jewellery and fauvism encouraged me to conceptualise my take on The Snail into a fashionable piece. I have recently been inspired to create bold jewellery. I chose to use polymer clay as my medium to challenge my practice of colour theory.
