Minty grew up on Mull as a small child, and later returned to the island to set up Ardalanish Organic Farm and Weaving Mill. She now lives on a small croft and keeps native ponies and a flock of Hebridean sheep. Minty speaks of a strong spiritual and emotional connection to the landscape.
