Spin is our monthly contemporary art discussion group which in normal times, met on the last Thursday of the month in galleries and studio spaces across Edinburgh. Since the first lockdown in March 2020, our conversations and meet-ups went online. We have continued to chat to artists and curators each month exploring and talking about art and ideas being produced today.

We have a limited number of tickets available for non-members to join our conversation with artist Nicky Bird. Bird considers contemporary relevance of ‘found’ photographs and latent histories of specific sites, investigating how they remain resonant. Nicky’s forthcoming solo show Legacy at Street Level, Glasgow, looks back at over fifteen years of her work.
