The cult of celebrity is nothing new as you will discover in this double-act presentation by National Galleries of Scotland curators, Dr Frances Fowle, Senior Curator of French Art, and Hannah Brocklehurst, Curator of Prints and Drawings.

Pin-Ups:Toulouse-Lautrec and the Art of Celebrity is the National Galleries of Scotland’s first exhibition to feature the work of Lautrec, focusing on his lithographic posters, portfolio prints and illustrations. Frances Fowle will introduce the artist and his relationship with the star performers of Paris’s early cabarets and music halls. Hannah Brocklehurst will then talk more about the exhibition, which features around 75 works by Lautrec and some of his contemporaries.
