In this session we will explore this blockbuster exhibition featuring works from the National Galleries outstanding collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art, including works by Monet, Gauguin and Van Gogh. We will learn about the Scottish collectors who had the foresight to invest in these artists at a time when they were little known or unpopular...and we will play a game of spot the fake! This session will be a relaxed and informal guided tour with refreshments for anyone affected by dementia and their relatives, friends and supporters. Led by our team of friendly artists, it’s a chance to socialise, talk about artworks and enjoy art activities together.
Places are free, but limited so please book online. For more information or assistance please contact us on 0131 624 6410 or [email protected]
