In this lunchtime talk, Dr Lucinda Lax, Senior Curator at the Portrait Gallery, will discuss Antonio Zucchi’s portrait of the 18th-century Scottish architect James Adam, showing how Adam and Zucchi worked together to create this glamorous image of the fashionable young architect.
