Our series of ‘Books in Focus’ sessions focuses on artists’ books and archive material held in the special collections of the National Galleries of Scotland. This session will be an exploration of some of the photographic books in the collection, including Facile, a collection of love poems written by Paul Eluard, elegantly typeset around double exposure photographs by Man Ray, Wundergarten der Natur by Karl Blossfeldt, a contemporary of August Sander, and Henri Cartier-Bresson’s The Decisive Moment with a cover design by Henri Matisse.
If you reserve a space but find you can no longer attend, please let us know by either sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0131 624 6210 so we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
