About

Our series of ‘Books in Focus’ sessions looks at artists’ books and archive material held in the special collections of the National Galleries of Scotland. Surrealist artist Leonora Carrington produced paintings, novels and writing over the course of a long and fruitful career: this session will show original correspondence, writings and photographs of the artist at work and play, and discuss her place within (and outside) the Surrealist movement.
