Our series of ‘Books in Focus’ sessions look at artists’ books and archive material held in the National Galleries of Scotland, Archive and Special Collections. This session will take a look at Austrian artist Oskar Kokoschka (1886-1980). We are lucky to hold a number of items created by him including sketchbooks he worked on in Scotland during WWII and the children’s books Die Traumenden Knaben, designed, written and illustrated by Kokoschka.
If you reserve a space but find you can no longer attend, please let us know by either sending an email to [email protected] or phone 0131 624 6210 so we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
