Our series of ‘Books in Focus’ sessions looks at artists’ books and archive material held in the special collections of the National Galleries of Scotland. This session will provide the opportunity to look up-close at original drawings, photographs, letters and sketchbooks by artist Joan Eardley, whose paintings of street children in Glasgow and seascapes of Catterline have made her one of Scotland’s most beloved artists.
