Artists make stuff. What happens when artists help teachers and pupils make the curriculum? National Galleries of Scotland have teamed up with a primary school, 4 artists and Hidden Giants to explore new possibilities in curriculum making. How can we harness the uncertainty of our current times to reinvent the curriculum, and give pupils voice? In the current climate of labelling jobs as essential/key or not, what role can artists play?

These 3 sessions are an opportunity to hear direct from the artists involved, as the project unfolds in real time, warts and all. There will be opportunities to reflect on the role of the artist and gallery in curriculum making and to share your own experiences in this area. Feel free to come to as many sessions as you want – each will be different as we are embracing uncertainty so expect the learning to reflect this theme. Even if you miss the first 2 you can still come to the 3rd.
