Story
It was the worst of times - it was the best of times.
At times my heart has been heavy with loss and impotent anger; disbelief that nature can be so cruel and humans so stupid.
And then it soars as I glimpse another way. Nature drawing a line under the senseless acquisitiveness of modern life, pointing to an extraordinary ‘new’ that is anything but normal. In those moments of imagination, I see empathy spread like a virus, and community grow like a strong oak.
In those best of times I know another world is possible
