The women’s curling team claimed victory at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. It was Great Britain’s first gold medal at the Games for eighteen years. The team, comprised all Scots. (Left to right - Fiona MacDonald, Janice Rankin, Rhona Martin, Debbie Knox and Margaret Morton). They are shown here celebrating their victory in their Team GB tracksuits, proudly displaying their gold medals around their necks.
