Venue hire
We offer a variety of remarkable spaces across the National Galleries of Scotland for exclusive hire. Working with our professional events team and partners, you can add bespoke experiences including curator’s talks, behind-the-scenes tours and theming around art exhibitions. Your guests will participate in a unique event of the highest of standards, leaving a lasting impression long after the event.

The National Galleries of Scotland's invite image licensing enquiries and can negotiate contracts for commercial licenses for an upfront fee or on a royalty basis. The Galleries are home to one of the best collections of fine art in the world. Dating from the early Renaissance to the present day, the collection boasts works by key artists in history, as well as portraits of great Scots and the world’s most comprehensive collection of Scottish art.
Our experts in the field will provide helpful advice when you are seeking a licence to use copyrighted material from the Galleries, or by artists represented in the collection for either non-commercial or commercial use.
