Sensory trail

Take some time out to explore the grounds and find our six creative prompts, scattered around the sculptures, at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

What?

We’ve created six new signposts with a different simple ‘mindful’ activity that encourage visitors of all ages to use their senses to experience the sculptures.

Why?

These are short, simple exercises to help you slow down, focus your experience and encourage your own personal, emotional and physical responses to the artworks. They aim to add interest to a walk around the grounds and help to spotlight some of the brilliant sculptures in the Scottish National collection.

Where?
