Chris Leslie
Staircase in the Red Road Flats, Glasgow
About this artwork
Chris Leslie began photographing his home city of Glasgow during an MA in Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication. His ongoing project Disappearing Glasgow documents the stories of the people on the frontline of the city’s extensive demolition and regeneration programme. Following years of decline the Red Road Flats were stripped of their internal fittings ahead of their eventual demolition.
