Future Bourgeois Symposium

Organised by the ARTIST ROOMS Research Partnership, The Fruitmarket Gallery and National Galleries of Scotland

As part of the Louise Bourgeois exhibitions at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and the Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh, a one-day symposium workshop showcasing new research on Bourgeois and related themes and ideas was held on Friday 7 February 2014. Speakers from the UK and international organisations presented papers on aspects of Louise Bourgeois's work. The day featured presentations, in-gallery discussions and performance at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and a panel discussion at the Fruitmarket Gallery.
