As part of the Old Town Festival programme, the National Gallery of Scotland is staging a small display of watercolours in the Weston Link. The selection will focus on images depicting two of the great public spaces of the Old Town – Parliament Square and the Grassmarket – and the changes that have occurred to these areas over the years.
The National Galleries of Scotland is delighted to be contributing to this special Festival celebrating the history, community, conservation and promotion of Scottish culture in the City. The Old Town Festival has been organised by the Scottish Storytelling Centre with the support of the Edinburgh World Heritage Trust.
