The National Gallery Shop
The National Gallery Shop, located downstairs in the Weston Link, is the Galleries’ largest retail outlet. It contains an inspiring range of products that reflect iconic images from our collection, plus impressive selections of literature, jewellery, gifts, stationery, tableware and a children’s section. During the Impressionism & Scotland exhibition, there will also be an Exhibition Shop in the Royal Scottish Academy Building.
The Gallery Restaurant and Bar
The Gallery Restaurant and Bar, located downstairs in the Weston Link, offers uninterrupted views across Princes Street Gardens and famous Edinburgh landmarks. The restaurant is split across three tiers, providing magnificent views for all. Our food is freshly prepared each day from local seasonal ingredients and is reasonably priced.
The restaurant is open daily from 10am for coffee, lunch served from 11.45am-4pm, afternoon tea 2.30pm-4.30pm and for dinner on Friday and Saturday from 6pm-11pm. Advance dinner reservations receive a complimentary bottle of house wine. We offer a wide selection of dishes from our à la carte menu. There is also a set menu offering two courses at only £12.95 and lighter option meals from £7.95 per meal.
The Gallery Restaurant and Bar is perfect for a relaxed Sunday lunch: children are welcome and you can take advantage of our Super Sundays - children eat free when parents choose from our set menu from £12.95 (offer excludes August).
Gallery Café
The Café, next to the Restaurant, provides a more informal area that is perfect for a quick snack, light lunch or a cup of fairtrade tea or coffee. The Gallery Café is open daily from 10am.
