Café Modern One
Café Modern One has just undergone a major refurbishment, creating a contemporary, relaxing space with additional seating. The 'made from scratch menu' includes delicious soups, tasty main courses, salads, deli filled ciabattas and an amazing selection of salads.
Café Modern Two
The more intimate Café Modern Two offers table service and a daily changing lunch menu which includes soups and light main meals, all cooked on the premises, as well as antipasti platters and filled focaccias and baguettes.
Inspired by our new exhibition Edvard Munch: Graphic Works from the Gundersen Collection, we have a tasty new menu. Our team are serving fresh, delicious Nordic inspired dishes matched brilliantly with our great local and Scottish produce. Try new colourful dishes packed with beautiful flavours, from beetroot marinated gravalax and Swiss chard tart to traditional Nordic almond cake.
