We are open daily from 10am to 5pm (7pm on Thursdays).
The Scottish National Gallery is in the heart of Edinburgh and houses one of the best collections of fine art in the world. See 4 exhibitions, 26 displays, and exceptional must sees. There are also 46 events to attend.
Admission is free. A charge may be made for special exhibitions.
From February to late Summer 2013 the permanent collection spaces at the Scottish National Gallery will be undergoing refurbishment work. Rooms 8 to 12 are currently closed. Find out what you can see in the Gallery during this time.
