The Portrait of the Nation project will transform the Scottish National Portrait Gallery on Queen Street.  However we need your support to complete it. We have a number of ways that you can make your mark in the new Gallery.

Take Your Place in History
We are inviting donors to support the project by adopting one of the figures from the spectacular processional frieze representing great men and women from Scotland's past. More.

Join our Gallery of Stars
The ceiling of the Great Hall in the Gallery is painted with the stars of the night sky and has long fascinated our visitors. This is your opportunity to have a piece of history or celebrate a loved one by buying one of our stars. More.

You can also simply donate online directly to Portrait of the Nation.

Whatever method you choose to donate to Portrait of the Nation, all donors will be recognised in the building and on our website, and all donations are welcome to help us achieve our vision for this iconic building.
