Curated in partnership with the V&A and the artist herself The House of Annie Lennox focuses on her work over three decades, as performer, singer-songwriter, recording artist and political activist. Tracing her unique career, the exhibition includes The Tourists, Eurythmics, and her solo work with an array of photographs, iconic videos, and a dazzling selection of costumes from her personal archive.

Spanning 40 years, from 1882 to 1922, Lucknow to Lahore explores the particular vision of Fred Bremner, a Scottish commercial photographer and through his eyes and using his words the exhibition brings to life individual experiences and opinions about ‘that far-off land known as the Indian Empire’.

After an introduction to both exhibitions by Christopher Baker, Director of the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, Friends will be divided into two groups to view the exhibitions.
