The collection is housed in three galleries in Edinburgh, and the great thing is we’re open every day and it’s FREE to get in!

New Workshops
As you know, the Scottish National Portrait Gallery re-opened in December 2011 and now offers 18 exhibitions and some exceptional must sees for schools. As part of the schools programme, we are offering two exciting workshops: ‘In the Frame with the Jacobites’ drama workshop and ‘Who Killed Darnley’ with Scottish author & historian, Allan Burnett.
