Adult Learners’ Week
Free introductory tours are offered each year during Adult Learners’ Week to attract community groups.
In May 2005 we presented two tours: ‘Capturing Time: A Tour of Masterworks of Impressionism’ and ‘An Introduction to the Language of Art’.
In May 2006, community groups were invited to book tours of two thematic exhibitions: Venus Rising and A Paper Menagerie: Animals in Art. These tours were followed by printmaking workshops with artist Sara Ogilvie or drawing workshops with Katharine Aarrestad.
