George Devlin RSW RGI FRSA RBA ROI (Scottish, born 1937)
George Devlin is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and currently lives and works in Glasgow. He studied at Glasgow School of Art from 1955 to 60 and won a scholarship which took him to Greece and Italy. Devlin has won a number of national awards for painting and was elected president of The Glasgow Arts Club in 1997. He works exclusively in oils for portraiture but is also an accomplished watercolourist.
